overview

what is ezer collective?

A two-day intensive dedicated to investing in women leaders – in all industries and roles – equipping them to use their voice and step into their God-given calling.

why ezer?

There are women leading in every sphere of society with massive responsibilities – managing teams in the corporate world, leading churches, directing non-profits, and more. Some are entrepreneurs, others are artists. These women are influencing others with what they make, share, and do. All of these things and so much more – sometimes all at once!

Leadership can be exciting and exhilarating, but we all know that it can also be stretching and hard – even lonely. For example, sometimes these same women that are advancing in their professions are the first in their field or the only woman in the room. When you’re busy leading everyone and everything else, it can be hard to invest in your own vision, growth, and development.

Leader, we see you. We believe your leadership matters. We believe your personal and professional growth matters.

So we have created a space for you. You are invited to Ezer Collective, our leadership intensive event. Come join us:
